Every Tuesday at 11:30 am St. Luke’s Anglican located at 1382 Ontario St. in Burlington opens their doors for the weekly Food for Life supported program. Neighbours gather in the Great Hall for refreshments while volunteers set up the program. At 11:45 am each neighbour is issued a number. The volunteers will then call a number and that neighbour will have their turn to use the program. Neighbours are welcome to any item on the table, free of cost. Volunteers will be there to assist you with any questions and help distribute food.
How the Program Runs
Right before the program is about to start volunteers hand out numbers to the neighbours attending. Numbers are then called through a lottery system.
